To prepare the report at the level took, as expected, a great deal of effort. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed doing the work. In part this was because I was able to learn a lot from it. For example, office equipment accounts for a little more than 1 percent of the total costs in the office. The costs are made up as follows:

Typ of cost

Monthy cost

Percentage of total cost

Monthly paid salary €4.898 [1] plus emplyer’s share (Factor 0,4) €1959

€6857

92,9 %

Office rent €18 per m2; 20 m2 area share per employee [2]

€360

4,9 %

Nebenkosten €3,50 pro m2 (Strom Heizung, Wasser, Reinigung, Verwaltung) [2]

€70

0,9 %

IT (Hardware (Laptop EUR 1500 abgeschrieben über 3 Jahre), Software (10 EUR Lizenz pro Monat), Administration)

€60

0,9 %
